What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, business name, and any message you write. We do not require account creation, and we don't collect payment information anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — to contact you about a website project, provide a quote, and follow up on that specific conversation. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing without asking you separately first.
Consent
We only collect and use your information after you explicitly check the consent box on our enquiry form. That checkbox is never pre-ticked, and submitting the form is optional at every step.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months to respond to your request and for reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted unless you've engaged us as a client — in which case it becomes part of your project records and is retained per our client agreement. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Where it's stored
Enquiry data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and, as an email notification, in our business inbox. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailinghhimanish@gmail.com. We aim to respond to any such request within 7 business days.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand overall traffic to this site. This does not track you individually across other websites, and no personal data from the enquiry form is sent to any analytics provider.
