Payment structure
Projects are typically split into two milestones: 50% to begin work after scope is confirmed, and 50% before final handover and domain connection. For smaller Starter packages, we may request full payment upfront — this is always stated clearly in your quote before you accept it.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we begin any design or development work, your initial payment is refunded in full, minus any payment-processing fees already incurred.
After work has started
Once design or development work has started, the initial milestone payment is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed. If you cancel partway through, we'll deliver whatever work is complete at that point.
If we can't deliver
In the rare case we're unable to complete a project we've accepted, we'll refund any payment for work not yet delivered.
