Using this website
This website, its demo sites, and their content are provided by ATITTLE for the purpose of showcasing our web design and development services. The 15 demo websites linked from this site are illustrative work built for fictional businesses — they are not real companies, and any resemblance to an actual business is coincidental.
Project engagements
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. A project begins only once we've confirmed scope, price, and timeline with you in writing (typically over email or WhatsApp) and you've accepted it.
Ownership on completion
On full payment for a completed project, ownership of the delivered code, content, and domain (where registered through us) transfers to you. We retain no ongoing licence over your finished site beyond what's needed to provide agreed maintenance.
Revisions and scope changes
Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds, agreed before work starts. Requests beyond agreed scope are quoted and billed separately.
Liability
We build sites to the specification agreed with you and test them before launch. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, etc.) outside our direct control, or for content you provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
